How To Become An Awesome HOSA Member:

1. Scan the QR code on the left to access our google form for membership!
2. Fill out the form!
   1. Click on the link to pay our dues (scroll below for more explanation)
   2. Join our SPOND through the app (code: OKGOP)
   3. Have your parent approve permission to let you join HOSA through their Parent Access Center
   4. Add in your information
   5. SUBMIT!!
3. Come to meetings, parties, volunteer events, and have fun!!

Our next general meeting is November 12th, after school, in the LGI! See you there.

The DEADLINE to join HOSA and pick a competition (through submitting the form on the competition tab) is October 18th.

Your membership dues are collected once per academic year to be considered an active member.

You DO NOT have to be in a health science class to become a member.

DEADLINE TO SIGN UP IS Oct. 18th

Your dues cover the national and Texas state HOSA membership fees, HOSA t-shirt, food and decorations for social activities, and HOSA materials and resources.

This option is for students who want to become a member AND also compete. The total amount due is $100.

Students can pick only one competition and sign-up is on a first come first serve basis. Once members pay the fee, they may select their competition with a health science teacher.

Your dues and competition fee covers national and Texas state HOSA membership dues, HOSA t-shirt, food and decorations for social activities, transportation expenses, competition registration, medical supplies, and HOSA materials and resources.
