HOSA LETTERING CRITERIA

To letter as a HOSA member you must follow the listed requirements as an ACTIVE MEMBER for 2 years:
1.) PAY ANNUAL HOSA DUES EACH YEAR
2.) ENROLL IN A HEALTH SCIENCE CLASS FOR A MINIMUM OF 1 YEAR
3.) ATTEND A MINIMUM OF 5 HOSA MEETINGS.
4.) PARTICIPATE IN COMPETITION FOR 2 YEARS.
5.) PARTICIPATE IN 12 COMMUNITY SERVICE HOURS EACH YEAR.

HOSA Lettering Process 2025-2026

​All students interested in lettering must print and fill out a form to be submitted by the due date MAY 1ST!

1. Print out the form
2. Fill it out throughout the year when you complete a requirement!
   1. Community service hours can be verified through Spond posts dates.
3. Please email an officer if you have any questions! 
   1. In this lettering process, officers are only positioned to verify credentials, not fill anything out for you.

Any student that DOES NOT submit a form will NOT be able to letter. Applications to letter will ONLY be considered from students who submit the form!
